About SedX

SedX is a Kent-based organisation delivering Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) support to schools and services across the UK, since 2020.
The RSE Experts
Training and Consultancy
SedX has worked with state and independent secondary schools, colleges and SEND provisions throughout Kent and Medway, drawing on decades of combined experience supporting young people since 2020
RSE has been a statutory requirement in secondary schools since September 2020. SedX works in partnership with schools to support the planning and delivery of high-quality, age-appropriate and inclusive RSE that meets statutory guidance and reflects the needs of pupils.
We support young people and the professionals who work with them across schools, colleges, youth services and alternative provision. We recognise that RSE can be a sensitive and challenging area and pride ourselves on creating safe, respectful learning environments that encourage openness, honesty and meaningful discussion.
Our provision is bespoke and responsive to each setting, including work with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). We work sensitively with cultural and religious contexts while ensuring learning remains accurate, inclusive and non-judgemental.
Many young people reach adolescence with gaps in their understanding of sexual health, consent and healthy relationships, often influenced by online misinformation. SedX aims to address this through factual, realistic and balanced education that supports positive decision-making and wellbeing.
All SedX staff are trained and experienced in delivering RSE in line with the Fraser Guidelines. Safeguarding is central to our work; all staff hold enhanced DBS certificates (updated within three years) and any safeguarding concerns are raised immediately with the host organisation.
